Post clean-up update: Approximately 35 community members from surrounding Maryland and DC neighborhoods volunteered. A big thanks to members affiliated with Our Lady of the Lourdes in Bethesda and students from Wood Acres Elementary School and Pyle and Westland Middle Schools. We retrieved approximately 25 bags of refuse and one shopping cart from the stream. We were blessed with sunny weather.
